Meet the Team

Mr. Bilger is a founding partner of Community Partners Health Plans, Inc. and currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Since its formation in 2003, Mr. Bilger has led Community Partners to profitability every year and the company currently serves over 15,000 members via the CPHP PPO Network. Mr. Bilger has a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Business Administration both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Kenny is also a Certified Public Accountant, a licensed Insurance Producer and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of Illinois and Florida. Mr. Bilger enjoys running, golfing, traveling and attending collegiate and professional sporting events with his family and friends.

Marla has been with Community Partners Health Plans since 2004. Her roles include identifying network expansion opportunities, developing and negotiating provider agreements and representing CPHP in developing and maintaining positive relations with health plan members, insurance companies, third-party administrators, and employer groups. Marla is the point of contact for the payors and insured members. She has solid experience facilitating positive relationships between the providers, payors and members. Her 25 years in the customer service industry translates to exemplary service to our members searching for an in-network specialist, understanding of their benefits and resolving complex billing issues. In addition, Marla oversees all credentialing activities, including compliance and payor audits. She holds an Associates of Arts Degree and is licensed as a State of Illinois Insurance Producer. Marla enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and taking trapeze and fitness classes.

Beth has been a crucial part of the Community Partners Health Plans team since 2006. As Credentialing Coordinator her main role is to monitor and maintain the provider credentialing and recredentialing process. Beth ensures the credentials are accurately distributed, and are in compliance with the State and Federal guidelines. Beth offers personalized customer service to members and providers in a professional and friendly manner. Beth enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and the outdoors.
